   hey i saw that you have been to the Stone Pony and that makes me so jealous as a springsteen megafan!!! Have you ever caught him there? Whats it like inside? It looks like a regular bar, nothing fancy from the outside!

   Stone Pony is a regular bar with a stage for bands, it is small and intimate with a great sound system. No, I have never seen Springsteen, I wasn't that into him, my brother is a huge Springsteen fan and has seen him numerous times. I'm pretty sure he's seen him perform there. I don't dislike him but I wouldn't drive all the way to the Jersey shore for him. It was a pretty far drive from where I lived in NY.

   I love to make turkey and stuffing, I make my Grandma's stuffing, I start cooking the night before, I eat all day, a little at a time. I put the turkey in at midnight, stuffed, in one of those Reynolds cooking bags, slow cook it over night and by noon it's ready. As soon as it's out I let it sit for a few and then I start the gravy, and I start eating the stuffing. I make a lot of stuffing, it's like a meal all by itself with sweet I talian sausage and ground beef, yummy. Can't wait.
